Elite Young Kings
The Elite Young Kings mentoring program is an after school and in-school program geared towards helping young men from elementary to high school reach their full potential in today’s society. The basis of the program is geared on Accountability. We have 5 different levels of accountability that we go over with young men over the course of 6 weeks with each day occupying a different level. Self-Accountability, Household Accountability, Community Accountability, Economic Accountability, & Political Accountability. These are key areas of accountability geared towards helping young men prepare for the reality of life outside of school and post-graduation once they transition into the real world.
This activity is conducted by The Men of New Era Community Connection & local mentors throughout the community in different schools each program period.
This program furthers our purpose by encouraging the promotion of self sufficiency through bright minds in our community based on Self & Community Accountability in our Mudroots concept.
